Job role
Responds to an incident related but not limited to power, aircon, safety, water, and or downtime of SYKES and or building owned equipment with impact to the operation
Conducts initial checkup and troubleshooting of malfunctioning of equipment and provide a recommendation when needed
Coordinates with vendor or contractor for sow review & required documents for permit processing
Strong background and exposure to Administrative function (Inventory management [office and cleaning supplies], procurement, Housekeeping/Maintenance, locker and furniture management, and document and payments processing)
Processes the receiving of all deliveries on the site and issue the items to the end-user or requested
