Job role
Perform quality and quantity checking in all products, materials, etc. for loading, delivery, pick-up, and shipment.
Ensure that all released products/materials are within customer specification based on but not limited to bended drawing, DR, PN report, SO or other required documents.
Coordinate with Logistics, dispatch helper or other responsible personnel regarding outgoing trade products.
Ensure rejected products or materials are segregated and relay problems to Plant Manager, Superior and concern personnel.
Prepares reports to all conducted dispatch checking done. And ensure that records are properly stored, filed and readily available.
Orient the dispatching team, dispatch helper, crane operator, and logistics regarding the quality concern of outgoing products.
