Pilates and Tara

Balanced Body® certified instructor and Fusion Pre/Post Natal Pilates certified. Mixed level, small classes ensure individuals get personal experience. I was a competitive gymnast in America for 15 years, which also saw me do 15 years of ballet! My classes and my style incorporate all the usual Pilates core work, but I love to add in exercises based from my gymnastics and ballet background to keep things interesting and challenging and give you a more total body workout.
